Open the app and you will see Your ID (9 digits) and a Password under it. Send us both on WhatsApp or email — that is everything we need.
Most people can stop reading here. Open these only if something did not work, or if you are on Mac, Linux or Android.
Open the app, click the three dots (⋮) next to your ID, choose Settings → Network, then Unlock Network Settings. Fill in these boxes and press OK:

Leave it empty and the app still appears to work — but it connects through RustDesk's public servers instead of ours. Please use the Copy button rather than typing it.
The dot next to “Ready” should turn green within a few seconds.
The Windows file carries our settings in its filename. Downloading again makes your browser save it as …(1).exe, which breaks that — it will quietly connect to the wrong place. Delete every copy from your Downloads folder and download once more.
Windows shows this for any program it has not seen many times before. Click More info → Run anyway. It is the official RustDesk program — we only renamed it so it knows where to connect, and we check it against RustDesk's own published fingerprint before putting it here.
Right-click the app and choose Open instead of double-clicking, then confirm. macOS will also ask you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility — both are needed, and you can switch them off again afterwards.
No. We can only connect when you give us your ID and the current password, and your screen shows a prompt you have to accept. You watch everything we do. Close the app and the connection ends — the password changes each time it starts, so an old one is useless.
Some office networks block the ports we use. Tell us and we will arrange another way — no need to fight with your IT team.
It is RustDesk, an open-source remote desktop tool. We run our own server for it, so your session goes directly to Marinode AI rather than through a third-party company. Version 1.5.0.
